More Images from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development plans for Epstein's private tropical island included in the photographs.

Furthermore featured in this latest image release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Marked on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.

This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a key labelling various sections of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as designs for boat shelters.

Further materials released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
